YouGov reports that 13% of 18- to 34-year-olds don’t know how to ride a bike, compared to 5% of those 55 and older. Less outdoor play combined with car-centric suburbia led to many Millennials simply never learning—an issue that has inspired a growing number of adult biking classes from New York to Los Angeles.
