2015 Grads Prefer a Workplace with a Positive Social Atmosphere
60% of 2015 grads and 69% of 2014 and 2013 grads would rather work for a company with a “positive social atmosphere,” even if their pay is lower. Of course, this attitude may change once their parents are no longer supporting them financially: More than 70% of this group said their parents are paying at least half of their living expenses.
