41% of Employees Over 50 Have Been with their Current Employers More than 20 Years
Fully 41% of employed workers older than 50 have been with their current employer more than 20 years, including 18% who have stayed for more than 30 years. Silent and older Boomers are more likely to stick around than younger Boomers and early-wave Xers, thanks to better benefits and retirement packages.
