Fully 93% of American adults spend 2 or more hours in front of a screen everyday, making eye problems like irritation and blurred vision far more common. While the highest reports of eye strain are coming from Millennials and Gen Xers, Homelandesr are poised to catch up fast: 23% use screens for more than 3 hours a day.
