App Called Peeple, “Yelp for People,” Launches Soon

The Web is in an uproar over Peeple, a soon-to-launch app described as “Yelp for people.” The founders (both Xers) argue that rating people isn’t any different from rating your meal or your car—but it’s hard to see how this mindset wouldn’t result in a cesspool of gossip and bullying.
