Apple’s next iPhone will run on chips manufactured solely by TSMC, as opposed to past models that ran on Samsung-only (or Samsung-TSMC) chips. The move makes sense: Why rely on a competitor for critical phone hardware if an out-of-market supplier can get the job done?
