Phoenix-area citizens have started attacking Waymo self-driving cars—slashing their tires, trying to run them off the road, and even brandishing firearms. The Google subsidiary has borne the brunt of the Arizona public’s aversion to the autonomous vehicle testing going on in their backyard.
