AT&T Defend Their “Throttling” Program
In AT&T’s court defense of its “throttling” program, the company says that customers with unlimited data should have predicted that their speed would be cut once they reached a certain data threshold. Apparently, they should have predicted that “unlimited” was simply too good to be true.
