The average price per square foot for Miami condo resales plunged 6% from January to April as foreign investors, desperate to unload their properties, began listing them at steep discounts. It seems that the commercial real estate market has cooled even for some of the lucrative urban areas that were fueling a supposed “boom” just months ago.
