Bible Study Might be Coming to a Public School Near You
Emboldened by the president’s support, a growing number of states are introducing Bible literacy classes in public schools. Those promoting the classes say that the Bible is a cornerstone of cultural literacy, but critics contend that they are just a thinly veiled way to promote Christian values.
