Boomers Are Facing a Tough Job Market
While many Boomers are considering leaving their jobs to embark on “encore careers,” a new job might be difficult to find. A new survey shows that of people ages 45 to 70 who have been unemployed in the last 5 years, 50% still haven’t found jobs or have dropped out of the labor force altogether.
