Boomers Buying Multigenerational Homes
Last year, one in five homebuyers ages 52 to 61—and 14% of homebuyers ages 62 to 70—purchased a multigenerational home. To the extent that Boomers are moving, many are on the lookout for a home that will comfortably fit themselves and their adult children.
