Boomers Want to Keep Working
41% of Boomers still in the workplace expect to work past 69, and of retired Boomers, 69% would like to have worked longer. This work ethic is not necessarily rooted in financial necessity: 60% of retired Boomers with a job say they work for non-financial reasons.
