Carnival Cruise Introduces New “Social Impact Cruises”
Carnival Cruise has announced a new line, “fathom,” that will take passengers to the Dominican Republic where they will spend three days doing volunteer work. These “social impact cruises” are an attempt by Carnival to broaden their appeal and at the same time reverse years of bad press.
