As part of its attempt to win over a new generation of customers, Chili’s has revamped its menu items to look better on Instagram—an effort that includes placing fries in stainless steel containers and using better-looking burger buns. Perhaps a better play would be to upgrade the food itself, not just its photogenic appeal.
