In the aftermath of Chipotle’s food contamination scares, the chain is reaching out to young people with a weekly variety show on Snapchat called “School of Guac.” Sales plummeted in the first half of 2016, and ever since, Chipotle has been experimenting on Snapchat hoping to win back Millennials and return to the top of the fast-casual market.
