Wharton School undergrad Lauren McCann launched a website where upperclassmen share open letters to their younger selves with underclassmen. By posting messages like, “Don’t be afraid, it’s ok to struggle,” pressured and high-achieving Millennials are finding ways to support each other as they deal with the stress of college.
