Colorado Appeals Court Rules Against Discriminatory Baker in Favor of Gay Couple
A Colorado appeals court ruled against a baker who refused to make a cake for a gay couple because of his religious beliefs. While this ruling is a win for LGBT advocates, these groups would prefer broad federal protection of LGBT individuals that would prevent cases like these from going to court in the first place.
