Don’t Count on a Boomer Housing Apocalypse
A new study from the University of Arizona predicts that millions of Boomers and Xers will struggle to sell their homes between now and 2040. Every year, the author calculates, the sellers of some 500,000 to one million homes, especially in suburban or rural areas, won’t find buyers without steep price declines.
