Early-Wave Millennials Moving to the Suburbs
Millennials ages 25 to 29 are moving to the suburbs in greater numbers than are moving to urban areas. Although Millennials are moving to the suburbs at lower rates than previous generations did at the same age, this trend seems to reflect more of a delay rather than a lifelong attachment to cities.
