Economists are blaming Boomers who refuse to downsize for the shortages of homes for sale and rising prices. While it’s true Boomers would rather age in place in their family homes, it doesn’t mean that cash-strapped Millennials will be able to afford Boomers’ McMansions when they are ready to sell.
