Though Southern California has a higher share of Xers than much of the country, its Xers are leaving in droves. Why? Rising rents and weak-high end job creation has Xers moving out of Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties to more suburban (and affordable) areas like Riverside and San Bernardino.
