Gen Xers Are Considered the Most Competent Leaders in the Workplace

While 44% of Millennials believe that they are the generation most capable of leading in the workplace, only 14% of other generations agree. But there’s good news for Gen X, who’s considered the most capable: 51% of respondents of all ages think this generation produces the best leaders.
