Chipotle’s CEO recently announced that half of its restaurants are now failing the company’s internal customer service scoring system. Chipotle is still trying to recover from food poisoning outbreaks last year; while the food is now safe, the chain can’t afford lackluster customer service at a time when the restaurant industry as a whole is struggling.
