Fully 49% of Millennials said they would be willing to unplug on vacation—compared to 37% of respondents in their 40s and 50s. While Millennials have a reputation of being tethered to their phones, hypercompetitive Xers are even less likely to disconnect because they don’t want to fall behind their peers in the workplace.
