IRS Needs Young Employees

The IRS desperately needs an influx of young workers: with 40% of its workforce set to retire in four years, only 3% of its workers are under 30. In order to appeal to Millennials, the IRS is marketing itself as an organization that benefits society and is tied to the general community.
