With a new CEO at the helm, Lands’ End is making some changes to win over Millennials without alienating their loyal fanbase: suburban Xer parents and their families. This fall, the retailer will be launching its first-ever digital catalog and a separate marketing campaign featuring young adults in nature (with no kids in sight).
