22% of 12- to 18-year-olds report being bullied at school, down from 28% in 2011. This marks the first notable change—positive or negative—to this figure over the past decade: Despite popular perceptions of a “bullying epidemic,” rates of bullying have consistently hovered around 30% since 2005.
