Mean Bosses Don’t Scare Millennials Away
Just 18% of Millennials say that having a mean boss is the top reason they would leave their job—compared to 19% of people age 35+. While Millennials are often pegged as “snowflakes” who can’t handle the smallest bit of criticism, it turns out that they are on par with their elders on this particular workplace issue.
