Since 2010, the share of Millennials who approve of religious organizations has plunged from 73% to 55%, while older generations’ approval has risen slightly from 59% to 63%. Millennials’ disillusionment isn’t a rejection of religion outright, but rather a reaction to what they see as a too-rigid and values-oriented style of worship.
