Millennial Employees Are More Likely to Get Free Snacks at Work than Medical Insurance
Fully 35% of 18- to- 29-year-old workers say that their employers provide free snacks and meals—a benefit that’s more common than medical (29%) or dental (22%) insurance for this demographic. This just goes to show that the perks often used to entice Millennials come at a high price.
