Millennial Men Struggling in Job Market

While Millennials are getting more college degrees than Generation X, they’re having a harder time finding a job than Gen Xers. This trend is particularly pronounced for Millennial men, who have long trailed behind their female counterparts in education. Fewer of them are employed than Boomers and Silent when they were the same age.
