Millennial NHLers Abandon the Captain’s “C”

More NHL teams are opting to go without a captain, instead relying upon a number of “alternate” captains to share the leadership duties. With a growing number of Millennials stepping into prominent roles on their teams, the storied “captain’s ‘C’” is being eschewed in favor of a more democratic leadership structure.
