Millennial small business owners are far more optimistic about their businesses than older generations, with 81% expecting revenue growth compared to 65% of Xers and only 46% of Boomers. Their characteristic optimism even plays out in their managerial decisions: Young business owners are the most likely to say they will be hiring more employees in 2016.
