According to a new study, Millennial workers are better-behaved on conference calls than Boomers: They’re less likely to call in at the last minute, hang up without warning, or fail to notify others they’re running late. Despite all the fretting surrounding young employees’ dislike of phone calls, they appear to be doing just fine taking them.
