Despite being far younger, Millennials are only slightly less likely than Boomers and Xers to include retirement benefits when they calculate the total financial compensation of a job offer. This generation grew up watching their parents’ retirement savings disappear, and are determined to make sure they don’t succumb to the same financial fate.
