Millennials Are Buying Fewer Homes in Cities

The share of Millennials who bought homes in urban or central city areas slid from 21% in 2014 to 17% last year. Though this year-over-year change is a modest one, analysts take it as a sign that more Millennials are settling down and moving to suburbia to start families.
