According to new CDC data, just 44% and 47% of 15- to 19-year-old women and men, respectively, have had sex at least once, down from 51% and 60% in 1988. Some observers credit the increased availability of contraceptives and the ability of Millennial teens to easily Google information about sexual health—leading them to make more cautious decisions.
