Millennials Are Staying Single Rather Than Cohabiting
The percentage of 18- to 29-year-olds who report being single and not living with someone has risen from 52% in 2004 to 64% in 2014. This goes to show that Millennials aren’t swapping marriage for cohabitation—instead, they are simply staying single longer.
