Millennials Are Willing to take the Biggest Pay Cut in Order to Achieve a Better Work-Life Balance
In order to achieve better work-life balance, Millennials on average are willing to take a $7,600 pay cut, compared to Xers who are willing to accept a $5,600 cut.
