Millennials Feel Worse About Taking Vacation Time than Older Generations

Fully 59% of Millennials have felt shame for taking or planning a vacation, compared to just 41% of those ages 35 and older. Millennials are also more likely than their elders to have shamed co-workers for taking time off (42% versus 24%); these unproven workers feel compelled to log long hours—and expect their peers to do the same.
