Millennials Opt for Work-Life Balance
In a survey about whether they preferred a “work-life balance” or workplace success, Millennials are more likely than Boomers to choose “work-life balance” (86% vs. 78%). As this generation fills the workplace ranks, emphasis on workplace perfectionism will continue to decline.
