Only 16% of 30- to 49-year-olds and 11% of 18- to 29-year-olds primarily rely on their smartphone for online purchases. Even though smartphones may seem surgically attached to their person, even younger smartphone users prefer to kick it old school with a computer when buying something over the Web.
