More Millennials Identify as LGBT

A record-high 4.5% of the U.S. population now self-identifies as LGBT, with the recent increase driven almost exclusively by Millennials. The inclusivity and openness of today’s young adults has drastically eroded the stigma of coming out as LGBT.
