Massachusetts-based Radius Financial Group has launched the Next Generation Independent Mortgage Banker training program exclusively for young and diverse job candidates. The mortgage lender hopes that this new batch of employees will prepare their company for the upcoming wave of homebuyers who aren’t just “55-plus-year-old white guys and gals.”
