Researchers at the O.C. Tanner Institute took a look at generational differences in the workplace and disproved some commonly cited stereotypes about Millennials. Among them were: an obsession with flexible schedules, a propensity for job-hopping, and a lack of motivation many people attribute to the youngest generation in the workforce.
