According to global recruitment firm Robert Walters, Boomer and Gen-X Australian workers believe that the leading source of intergenerational office conflict is younger employees’ “expectations of rapid career progression.” Interestingly, Millennial workers consider the top source of conflict the “reluctance to engage with or use new technologies.”
