Op-ed: Xers Are the “Force Behind the Opt-Out Anti-Testing Movement”

Reporter Tiffany Lankes thinks that Gen Xers are “the force behind the opt-out anti-testing movement.” She’s right:Whether they see their kids as too unique for standardized tests, or they don’t trust the testing establishment, Xers want to pick and choose the aspects of public education they deem beneficial for their children.
