Over Half of Lawyers Have Seen an Increase in the Number of Millennials Requesting Prenups

A recent survey shows that over half of lawyers have seen an increase in the number of young people requesting prenuptial agreements, while only 2% cite a decrease. For cautious Millennials (and presumably their overprotective parents), marriage is both a practical arrangement and an inherently risky proposition.
