Reversing Course, Apple Decides to Pay Royalties
After Taylor Swift threatened to withhold her music from Apple’s upcoming streaming service, Apple caved and announced it will pay royalties for all songs. The company doesn’t mind paying more if it means it will have the support of its big guns in the war to lure listeners from competing streaming services.
